(Mikeys POV)
It had to be the same guy. It was. But..i didn't want it to be. Not him. Not again.
"what are you talking about Mikey?!?" Gerard said getting tense.
"Gerard..do you remember those guys who messed with us a few years back. When we 1st starting out?" Gerards eyes looked down at the ground with a troubled face trying to remember.
"PSH, which ones?" Franks voice chimed in.
"The ones at that bar back when we had just got Frank in the band. We went there to celebrate, and some guys started messing with Rider." It was all coming back to me. The horror of that night. "We are all messing around laughing, and you were gonna tell Rider that you liked her, more like loved her." Bob cut me off grunting. but i continued " But then that guy came over, the black hair and lip piercing? grabbed Rider and started..you know..touching her. Went on about how good looking she was and the things he could do to her. When Rider told him to get lost and tried to get away, he tightened his grip so hard...i remember her scream. Thats when we got in the situation and pulled her away from him. He got physical and hit ray and through a beer bottle at Rider. Then Frank came in and punched him to the ground. Its all we could do to keep Frank form killing him. We got out of their fast, but he yelled..he.." i trailed off...realizing what was going to happen.
"Yelled What?!!!?!??!" Ray said very seriously and worried getting closer.
"He was gonna get her..one day. And we could never see her again.." Frank said from behind me.
I looked over at Ray and nodded. Agreeing with what Frank had said.
We all looked over at Gerard. Who had fallen to his knees and was breathing so heavily the dirt on the ground was being blown every puff. Tears were starting a stream down his face once again. And a look of pain and hoplessness set in.
I looked around at everyone else. They remembered now. And realized it was the same guy. I sat down on the pavement. I took off my glasses and began to rub my eyes. Rider was like my sister. Taking care of me. Making sure i was always ok. By my side when me or my brother where hurting. Now, she was hurting. and it was time for me to take care of her.
