(Gerards POV)
"No.No. NOO!" i screamed out. tears were streaming down my face. I couldn't help but feel like i wanted to die. Rider..my love, my life, the only thing that kept me living, kept me from putting a gun to my head. Now one was pointed to hers. I fell to the ground, my head burriedin the pavement, my fist clenched.
"NOOOOOOOOO!"I screamed again. Tihs time Ray walked over and ut his hand on back, i could hear him crying too. What could i do to save her, I'm just, just, Gerard. I barely made it into music and was lucky enough to sorround myself with talented people. If it wasn't for them, for her, i would already be gone. Now, i didn't have a chance. I that moment i heard foot steps run past me. I looked up. through my tears i could see Mikey running towards where the van had droven to. Mikey always looked at Rider as family, as his own. She always cared for him. He's been through hard times, and she was there every step of the way.
"Mikey, just stop." i heard Bob say softly. "Stop. Jus- just STOP!! SHES GONE! SHES FUCKING GONE!" Bob was in hysterics and i took me by suprise. Bob always acted so shy and soft. And since he was new, he hadn't really shown Rider much love. but now, in his eyes, i could see he cared for her. "I loved her" i heard him whisper.
what. bob..loved rider. My love, my Rider..I, I never knew. If he loved her then...then...then why didnt he do anything to save her!
I started to run towards Bob. His head was still down. I squeezed my hands around his neck. Ray and Mikey came running over to us.
"Why didn't you do anything! Why!" i screamed at him. He wouldn't even look at me. his eyes were still down looking at the ground filled with tears. he wasn't even gonna try to keep me from choking him to death, because really, he didn't care. He was actnig like me before i had Rider. At that moment Ray and Mikey pryed me off of Bob. and i fell to the ground crying.
"I need her! I need her!" I yelled into my tears.
Then Ray broken out. "OKAY! instead of crying our eyes out and saying we need to save her. how about we actually fucking do something. and gerard, i know man, i know. But think, is there any reason why those guys would take Rider. anything."
I tried to think if there was. I was to drunk to even remember exactly wha thtey looked like. They were, he had...i zoned out. i looked up, it was a ring. A beautiful ring. I just looked at it. and then i remembered. This was the ring i was going to propose to Rider with.
Her long black greasy hair. The tattoos covering her arms, each meaning something important, half for me. Plus the drunk ones. Her stained white tank top, with her black ripped jeans, and her beat up broken converses. The way she held my face when i cried. the way she held me when i felt at the end. Her grey, green eyes looking at me im all that matters, the one that made me feel worth a shit. Her bruises from beating herslef up on stage. Her tough calas covered fingers from playing guitar. her smeared eyeliner that was never wahsed off. They way when she layed on me, how we fit like two puzzle peices. They was she came running when i was about to kick the chair out from under me qwith a rope around my neck. and she jumped up and wraped her arms around me and kissed me till i stopped crying. the way her hands felt in my hands.
i need that back, i needed her back.
"Gerard!" Rays voice came back into focus and i remember once again where i was.
"OKay." i said. "lets go kill some mother fuckers."
"Finally" Frank strained out through the pain from his gun shot. "Can i shoot them? Cause my foot fucking hurts."
"Yeah frank, you can"
I need to hold her again. i told her ill nevber let them hurt her, i promised. But what if shes already dead..
"Guys" i heard Mikey say. "I think i know who those guys are. And if im right, Riders not going to be okay.
