His Black Veil Bride
Jessie’s p.o.v:
“Andy!”I screamed as my boyfriend,Andy Six-lead singer of the band Black Veil Brides-,hit the side of the stage.He hit the ground hard,but he continued to sing.Ashley Purdy-BVB’s bassist-,Jake Pitts-their lead guitarist-,Jinxx-BVB’s rhythm guitarist-,and CC-their drummer- looked over the side of the stage in horror.I ran around the back of the stage to where security had surrounded Andy and were holding him up by the shoulders.I bent down next to him and put my hands on both sides of his face as he finished the song.BVB’s fans were screaming in shock as some of them watched the paramedics come and take Andy to the hospital,with me,Jinxx,Jake,CC,and Ash following behind in the band’s van.
Andy’s p.o.v:
It wasn’t such a bad idea in my mind,but once I jumped from the balcony,I realized that I was going to fuck myself up royally.My chest collided with the side of the stage and I could feel my bones breaking.I wasn’t gonna let the fans down now.Even as I winced in pain as the security surrounded me and gently poked my sides,I kept on singing.I saw Jessie come running over to where I was laying and put her hands on the sides of my face.I finished the song then dropped my mic so I could moan in pain.I was put on a stretcher and brought to a local hospital.If I raised my head a little,I could see out the windows of the ambulance.I could see Ashley driving our band's van,but then my head was pushed down by one of the paramedics.
Ashley's p.o.v:
As I drove the van,Jessie put her head in her hands and cried.I glanced at her then put my hand on her knee.Jinxx laid his hand on her shoulder while Jake and CC remained still.
“Jess...Andy's going to be fine.”I mumbled as I pulled into the hospital's parking lot;I had followed the ambulance inside.Jessie didn't even wait for me to park the car,she saw Andy being pulled out of the ambulance and she bolted to his side.
“Jesus...that girl can run.”CC muttered as he got out of the van.I jumped out as well and followed the guys into the hospital.We looked around for Jessie and Andy,but they weren't here.
“If you boys are looking for that young man that was just brought through here,I can tell you where he is.”A nurse behind the desk said.We rushed over to where she sat.
Jinxx's p.o.v:
We stared at the nurse with the same anxious look in our eyes.
“Was he wearing all black-”I started.
“Really bright blue eyes and black hair-”Jake continued.
“And had warpaint that looked a whole hell of a lot like our's?”Ash added.
“Yes,that's him,”She nodded then leaned closer to us. “Was that his girlfriend that was with him?”
“If the girl had eyeliner running down her cheeks and brown hair with red tips then yes.”I said then rolled my eyes impatiently.
“Follow me boys.”The nurse got up,shaking her head,and started walking down a long hallway.We followed after her silently,but then she stopped in front of a white door. “They're in here.”The nurse held the door for us.
We ran in to see Andy without a shirt,but had bandages wrapped tightly around his torso.Jessie was leaning over him,careful of his wrapped-up chest and stomach,and kissed his cheek.Andy's eyes were closed,but he was breathing.
Jake's p.o.v:
The door opened again and Christina,Ashley's girlfriend,came running in.
“Guys,what happened?!”She asked as she looked from her sister to Andy to Ash,then back again. “Jess texted me and told me to get my ass down here.”
“Well,long story-short,Andy jumped off a balcony,hopping to land on the stage,but he broke some of his bones.”I explained to her.
“Three ribs,”Jessie muttered.
“What?”CC asked her.
“He broke three of his ribs.”Jay rested her hand on Andy's cheek then looked at us. “He's not going to be able to finish the tour.”She turned back to Andy as he opened his eyes.Christina walked over to her sister and put her arm over Jessie's shoulders.
“How bad am I,Jay?”Andy asked his girlfriend quietly.
“Three shattered ribs...other than that you're fine.”She smiled a small smile.
Christina's p.o.v:
Tears fell from my sister's eyes as she looked at Andy.I looked at him then turned to Jessie.
“At least he has you to take care of him.”I hugged her as Ash put his arm around my waist. “You're the best medicine for him.”
“I love you Andy.”Jay muttered as she looked into his bright blue eyes. “Don't ever scare me like that again.”
“I love you too,”He smiled. “I'm never doing anything like that again.”He chuckled then raised his hand to his side. “...Laughing hurts.”He frowned.Ashley,Jessie,and I started laughing our asses off,then Jess stopped.
“Will this make it better?”She asked Andy before she leaned over him and kissed his lips.Ash and I turned away to go back to CC,Jinxx,and Jake when a doctor stood in between us.
“I'm sorry kids,”The doctor smiled.I hate being called 'kid'.Jake,CC,and Jinxx were part of the conversation too. “But it's time for you all to leave.You can come see your friend tomorrow.”He started to shoo us out,but then Jinxx stopped.
“Can we please just stay for the night?We'll leave in the morning.”He pleaded.
The doctor thought about it. “I'm sorry;only one person can stay with him at a time.He'll be out tomorrow afternoon,I promise.You can see him then.”Then,with a sigh from each of us,we turned to walk out of the room.We waved and said good-bye to Andy and Jessie then left.
CC's p.o.v:
We walked past the nurse's desk-without a word,might I add-and out the doors.As we walked through the dark lot,Christina looked up at Ashley and asked, “Wanna stay over?”
“Sure.That okay with you guys?”He looked at each of us.
“Well,we can't tour now,so I don't care.”Jinxx hugged Ash and kissed Chrissy on the forehead before he got in the driver's seat.
“Go ahead.”I said as I got in the back with Jake who muttered, “What they said.”
“See you guys tomorrow...”Christina waved as we drove away,back to the venue to get our stuff.I looked up to see Jinxx looking at me in the rear-view mirror.
“What?”I asked.
“You haven't said much.”He replied.
“So?”
“Just sayin'.”Was all Jinxx said before turning back to the road.We got back to the venue and saw that our stuff was already packed-up and ready to go.The stage crew came over to help us put it all in our containment unit that was hooked to the back of the van.Once we were all set,I drove everyone home then drove back to my place.
Ashley's p.o.v:
I sat in Christina's car,looking out at the road in front of us.I turned my head to look at her as she parked in her drive way.I realized that we had been together for over two years.
“Just to let ya know,there's only one bedroom in my house.”She smiled at me. “We'll have to share a bed.”
“I'm good with that.”I giggled as I leaned over and kissed her.She climbed over into my lap after a few minutes,then pulled away to open the car door.
“Let's go inside.”She kissed my lips once more before she got out and took my hand to lead me inside.Christina pulled out her house key then opened the door.While we walked around the house,we flipped on lights.
“So,”I started. “What do you want to do?”
“Want to watch some T.V?”She cocked her head to the side.
“Okay.”I smiled then lead her to the couch.(She sat in my lap as we watched half of the South Park episode that was on.I say only half because we began kissing.I carried her up to her room.
“I love you,Chrissy,"I said against her lips.We laid down on her bed.I didn't know if she wanted to go all the way, but I guess I would find out.
"Ash, you need a condom,dumbass,"She pushed me away.
"Oh yeah!" I exclaimed.I searched all over for a condom, "Where did those god damn things go?!" She began giggling.
"Ash,"She giggled more.
"What?" I smiled pulling out a condom.
"You,"Christina laughed as I climbed back on the bed with her.
-a few hours or so later-
"Wow,Ash,"She sighed.
I laughed."I know, I'm a god."
"Yeah the god of my Hello Kitty world!"Chrissy smiled.I stuck my tongue out at her.She fell asleep shortly after on my chest.)
Andy's p.o.v:
I watched my girlfriend smile at me as the drugs the doctor gave me made me fall into a deep sleep.
I dreamed about Jess while I slept.My dream was going so well,then it turned ugly.Jessie and I were standing in the middle of a large,flower-filled clearing when black storm clouds rolled in over our heads.She looked up at them then turned to me with a scared look on her face.I could tell something bad was about to happen to one of us,when,out of nowhere,a lightning bolt struck the ground between us.Jessie's scream jolted me awake.
“Andy,are you alright?”Jay asked as she put her hand on my bare shoulder.
I panted a few times then answered her. “Yeah...just a nightmare.”I raised my hand put it on her cheek.I noticed that there wasn't any warpaint on my arm.
“Did you clean me while I was sleeping?”I raised an eyebrow.
“Maybe...”She bit her lips then looked me over.
“You okay?”I rubbed her cheek with my thumb.
“I was just so scared for you.Never do that again.”
“Don't worry,I won't.I will never ever do that to you again.”I promised. “I love you,”I whispered a second later.
“I love you too.”Jessie smiled then kissed my lips.
CC's p.o.v:
When I was back at my place,away from all the freakin' craziness,I plopped down on my couch and turned on the T.V.I had just missed the last episode of South Park that was going to be on tonight,so I just turned the T.V off again.I sighed then looked around.
My living room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks...really,it looked like Andy had a party in here.I got up to make myself some dinner when I found a note taped to the fridge.
“Christian,I had a party the other day,and forgot to clean up.I'll be over as soon as I can.See ya!-Andy”I blew my hair out of my eyes.He DID have a party.
“That little fucker...”I mumbled while I pulled open the fridge.There wasn't much in here,thanks to Andy.I guess I can settle for a bowl of cereal...
Later,while I climbed the stairs to my room,I picked up trash.God damn it Andy!
I finally got to the door of my room,but I was afraid to go in.I took a deep breath and opened the door to see my room just as I had left it;my bed a mess with some clothes here and there.The CDs that I had left here were untouched and everything else was where it should be.I noticed a green sticky-note stuck to the headboard on my bed.I tore it off and read it.
“I know you're pissed right now,but look;I didn't let anyone in your room. :) -Andy”Well,my room's clean and that's all I really care about right now.I went into the bathroom and cleaned off my warpaint then got changed.As soon as I got back to my room,I jumped in my bed and fell asleep quickly.
Jessie's p.o.v:
I must've fallen asleep last night,because when I woke up,sun was shining in through the windows.I rubbed my eyes while when I heard Andy moan.
“Are you okay?”I mumbled as I put my hand over his.
“Yeah,I'm fine...ow...Just a little sore.”Andy whimpered.He took my hand in his and lightly squeezed it.I looked him in the eye when a doctor came in,if I can remember right,it was the same doctor as last night...I think.
“How are you feeling?”He asked Andy. “Are you in any severe pain?”
“No,I'm just kind sore.No 'severe pain'.”He muttered.
“You'll be able to leave in a few hours.”The doctor turned on his heel and walked out.I looked back at Andy's blue eyes to find him looking up at the ceiling.A tear ran down his cheek while he sniffled.
“Andy,what's wrong?”I whispered against his cheek;I had wiped away his tear with a kiss.
“I don't wanna be here anymore,”He cried softly. “I hate this.”He pointed at his side.
“Andy...Andy.”I tired to get him to look at me,but it didn't work. “ANDY,look at me.”I demanded.He did as he was told.
“You can't change the past,and what happened,happened.You're going to have to deal with it...but you won't have deal with it alone.”He had looked down,but now he looked back into my eyes.
“What?”He whimpered.
“I'm here for you-not just me,but Chrissy,and the rest of your band mates.Then there's all of your fans.You are not alone.”I brought his lips to mine and Andy sighed against them.
“I love you...soooo much.”He growled while he rested his forehead on mine.
“I know.”
“Then will you answer this-?”Andy took my hand and placed a ring on my finger. “Will you marry me?”
I opened my eyes to glance down at my hand.The ring had a blue sapphire,almost the color of his eyes,and black and white diamonds around it.I gasped.
“Yes...yes,Andy,yes!”I agreed.He kissed my lips with so much love and passion,it made my head spin.
