Can't Carry It With You if You Want To Survive- The Story of Prophecy and Time Part 5

Note: This isn't fanfic. THIS, my dear friends and readers, is me legitimately trying to write a story. Gerard and Lindsey in this story aren't Gerard and Lindsey Way. Gerard and Lindsey Way aren't the only people capable of being named Gerard and Lindsey. FUCKING GOD DAMN!

Lindsey and Gerard kept up a very strained relationship after that night. Gerard didn’t get why she was so sensitive about his desire to quit this. She didn’t know him.
“Hey, Gerard- I got someone I’d like you to meet”, Alec called. Gerard walked into the living room, where Alec was currently stationed, and saw two girls. One was short, with bright red hair, and the other was slightly taller and had silver hair. They were both rail skinny and had faces the color of marble.
“This is Hannah”, he said pointing to the silver-headed one,” and Leanna.” Leanna looked weird. Hannah was wearing jeans and a Beatles shirt, but Leanna was in full-fledged gothic wear. The boots, the eyeliner, the ruffle-y skirt, the “Zombies Eat Brains” shirt. To top it off, she had on a black parade/military styled jacket. Gerard liked that jacket instantly. Leanna looked at him as if she could read his mind.
“I’m not Goth. I’m not Emo. Those don’t exist. Well… Goth is debatable. I’m just dark.”
“Oh. Okay…”
“And, yes, this jacket DOES come in your size.” Gerard smiled at these words.
“I brought Hannah and Leanna here to help us in our journey,” stated Alec.
“What journey?”
“To get the prophecy. We’re going back to its place of origin.”
“Where exactly is that?”
Leanna and Hannah looked at each other and said, in unison, “1278.” Gerard just let his jaw hang open for a second.
