the poem is called Our Tree

Follow me to this tree
For this tree is very special to me
It's where I first met you
And learned things about you I never knew
But then you died
I wanted to say it was a lie
But it wasnt, now you're gone
Amost a year now, God that's so long
So come and meet me by our tree
So you're here with me when from this Earth I leave......
