For 2 weeks Jay is in the hospital. The doctors let him have visitors after 4 days and as soon as they were told that they could see him, his friends, family, and even some random classmates came to see him. His teachers still assigned him homework and his HS (Human Studies) teacher even scheduled a trip to the human world for 3 days after he was released that required him to have all of his work and even a test complete and passed to go. After school everyday, and even before school sometimes, his room was filled with his friends. The usual reason was to talk and fill him in on things like Mikey completely failing the obstacle course in gym or Frank starting a food fight at lunch and getting a week of detention along with the laundry of the cheerleaders and football team, giving him the missed assignments and helping him with them, and get kicked out from the hospital at the end of the visiting hours. Jay's biggest tutor though turned out to be Elisha. Every other day she would come to the hospital and help him with the home work they had gotten. She was also there most of the weekends and they both seemed not to mind in the slightest. They got a lot of work done and Jay finished all of his assignments before he was back in school on Monday.
~Monday~
"You sure you wanna go beck to school Jay? You can always take the day off and go back tomorrow." Dahvie and Jaysin sat in the car outside the gates of the high school. Jaysin had been let out of the hospital early that morning with strict orders to take it easy for the next week and had gotten ready for school as soon as he got home. His family had gotten him to stay home and miss Home Room and 1st Period but now here he was, backpack ready with his last assignments to turn in, in front of the school.
"Yes I'm sure Dahvie. I've missed enough school and I actually miss it a bit so I'm ready to go back."
"Okay, just remember to take it easy and give the note to your Gym teacher."
Jaysin laughs and gets out of the car. "Okay boss, I got it." He closed the door and waved good-bye. He started walking before his brother could say anything else and went to the office. He got a note for his teacher from the secretary (a long with some 'I'm so sorry about what happened to you' bullshit) and went to his second period, Science.
~time travel! its now the next Friday~
Finally it was the day of the "field trip" in the Human Studies class! As the teacher, Mr. Tom, had explained to the class at the beginning of the semester, the only reason they could go on these trips was because students had to be signed up for the class and it cost a bit of extra money so it was small. Jaysin and Scarlett had already been at school for 2 hours by the time Mr. Tom arrived due to the fact that Dahvie had pulled Jaysin into the car at 4 in the morning with all of his things already packed up, breakfast in the car, and his cloths in the back. Scarlett had had Jayy brake into her house (using the key her mom gave him), wake her up and practically force her to get dressed and ad ready, also getting her things packed and in his car with breakfast. They both got to the school around 4:20 complaining that they were 2 hours and 40 minutes early and both being ignored.
"Have fun!" Jay and Dahvie chorus from their cars. They drive off, leaving the two teens standing in the crisp morning air with their bags next to them.
"Well that was one way to say good morning," Scarlett grumbles, getting a blanket out off one of the bags. "How'd you get woken up Jay?"
"I was pulled out of bed and into the back of Dahvie's car at 4."Jay got his blanket out of his bag.
"Ha at least you didn't have Jayy break into your room at 4, wake you up, then stand outside the door while you get dressed telling you to go faster the whole time."
"Wow and you even forgot to be all self conscious around him, didn't you? I'm surprised." Scarlett punches him in the arm with and indignant huff before pointing out that he'd do the same thing if it had been him and Elisha to which Jay hit her on the head and an all-out mini war ensued with crush teasing and playful punches. It ended when Jay stretched his arm to much and a cut reopened.
They opened the gates and got in to the school. They wandered around, talking and just messing around, finding out were they could get in and what they couldn't till Mr. Tom got there around 6:30. Mr. Tom was the favorite teacher at school. He gave out prizes for people how passed tests with a good grade, was super nice, hardly ever gave out detention, was the complete opposite of Mrs.Hemlock, and completely disregarded the social pyramid. He did most of the school pep rallies and dances. After he came, Jay and Scarlett helped him set up for the trip and prepare everything so by the time the rest of the class got there, they had everything ready to go and left for the Portal on time.

sorry for the lack of talking nd stuff.... there going to the human world! ill try to put more into the next part. also Scarlett was originally supposed to be like me but now im changing tht and she is not..... so i guess instead of a self insertion its a self exclusion... also also i wanted to ask you guys if u think i should just make this a shorter story and end it in as little parts as possible or make it long. please tell me what you think nd i hope u like it
