My chest is tight and my lungs feel constricted and I feel like I can't get enough air. I LITERALLY can't breathe. I've had panic attacks before, and a lot of them have been a LOT worse than this, but it's still scary. I wish I had my inhaler. No, I don't have asthma, but when I got pneumonia, the doctor gave me an inhaler so I'd be able to breathe when my lungs got REALLY bad, and after I got over my pneumonia I've just been using the inhaler to relax my lungs when I'm panicking. But I don't have it right now, so fjeliajfielajfdksalfej.
And I don't even know WHY I'm freaking out. I'm just sitting in French when all of a sudden: whoops, I can't breathe and my chest aches. Whadaya know? Gahhhh
Okay...my chest is loosening up a little bit....I can breathe a little easier...writing helps sometimes.
