Can't stop imagining it. It's extremely inspiring to me.

I read a historical fiction story about World War I about two ambulance drivers, Sergeants and a sapper, and in the story there were parts where the writer incorporated some lyrics from some war songs. The characters would be on their way to the war field or would simply be marching and they'd just start SINGING.
I did a little research, because I've honestly always found interest in the two World Wars, and the soldiers would literally do that. March at their dignified speed and SING at the top of their lungs.
I can't stop imagining it now.
Those tired, worn out soldiers, marching along in the mud in their dirty, bloodied uniforms, their boots stomping through the mud and dirt, singing at the top of their lungs.
I find it extremely inspiring.
I looked up some of the lyrics and found the songs.
This ones my favorite.
CAN YOU JUST IMAGINE! All these soldiers, marching, whether on their way to battle or on their way to the mess hall, singing "SMILE! SMILE! SMILE!" At the top of their lungs.
I find it truly inspiring.
This is the British singing in the video. I'm not the best at picking out who the allies of the U.S. were in these different wars, but I'm almost POSITIVE that the British were allies of the U.S.
I'm almost positive because, well, World War I was one of our World History topics, and there are some U.S. soldiers singing in this video.
I think it's amazing.
Here's a little piece of history :P
