If you've read my really old blogs, you'll have seen that sometimes I'll post comments I replied to. Now, this one was on "I'm So Sick" by Flyleaf. The band members are all Christian, so of course there's gonna be a few idiots who are all like "ooh, good Christians don't listen to this sinful crap" yadda yadda yadda... I believe in God, myself, so it kinda gives people who believe a bad name, because people are bound to think "well they're all a bunch of assholes". Without further ado, here's the comments.
"She is sick. She is sick with sin. This music is the work of the devil. Nice Christians should not listen to this music. I am praying for everyone that listens to this." -Fire23Eater
And, as if that wasn't enough, after a lot of comments to this person:
"Listen I am concerned about your soul. I am sorry if I seem like I am judgemental but really it will be God judging you in the end for listening to this kind of satanic music!" -Fire23Eater
So I wrote this:
"You *do* seem judgmental. It is not YOUR place to judge. It's God's place to judge. Don't pray for me—I don't want it for the type of music I listen to. If I go to hell for the kind of music I listen to (which I highly doubt), then I'll go with a smile on my face. I respect your opinion, and kindly ask you to leave and not be judgmental on this page." -ObsequiousPictures (aka: me)
Just... this stuff infuriates me. I *did* keep my cool, though. *HAPPY DANCE*
Well, this blog was pointless. Whatever.
