Ok Guys I Need Some Advice to Give to Some Friends

It just so happens that my two close friends have boyfriends and I dont. It also just so happens that both of their boyfriends think that they have not been living their lives to the fullest. So they both want to take a break my friends , even though they dont want to . So now they are both coming to me for advice and consolation. I can do the second one but they keep on asking me "what to do" and I dont know because this never happened to me because I have never had a boyfriend. So anyone please give me some advice to give to them!
