well i tore my ACL LCL and some others plus i ripped my meniscus in football....well iv been laid up in bed for about 3 months now....i gain'd about 20 pounds in fat and lost 30 pounds in muscle...ya that is so bad i prob so im about 10 pounds in difference...so about 250...lol i got a lil fat under my chin i cant stand...well i get to walk again soon so my doc told me i can work out again!......once he told me that i busted out 100 push ups.....keep in mind i was very fit when i got hurt....like 500 push ups a day....250-300 when you wake up....same at night....and 500 sit ups....thats not even my running and weight lifting.....i was so toned....well my sweet heart calls me sexy now wait till she sees me in about 2 weeks....since im "outa shape" right now its 1000 ( 10 sets of 100) push ups a day and 1500 situps....Fuck ya the beast is back......i cant wait to get my 6 back back.....i think she'll like it....well i just got to know do you guys think ill do to much with the 1000 push ups daily....idk if i might overload....im not like some monster i just looking sexy.....so push ups keep me really toned and keeps my 6 pack....so anyone that reads this wanna tell me what they think?? fuck i cant wait to get fit again!!! i got a lil pot belly when i got hurt......it will be gone in a week! oh ya and now that im 6'2 at 16 is a bonus....i really hope my sexy lady likes studs because im going to be about 6'5-6'7 when i stop growing.....oh and i do mixed marital arts....so baby you are my heart and i am your armor...i will never let anything hurt you
