MCR concert was amazing!!!

Enjoyed another amazing concert from the guys yesterday in Minnesota. Although it felt like they went off too early, they were still amazing!! What I loved is that they changed the setlist a bit from their last show here in April and actually played "The Kids From Yesterday" and "S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W" those were fun to hear, especially "The Kids From Yesterday." Such a great song. What was even cooler, was that the security there brought out HUGE balloon balls with the widow spider on it, and threw them into the pit in front of the stage so they were bouncing around everywhere in the air. Then, I just caught it today watching my videos, that when the balloons popped, confetti came out and it was awesome! They performed 11 songs, ending with "Cancer" obviously. and Gerard's yellow mic stand lit up neon yellow and glowed in the dark. I loved it!

Then Blink 182 came out and I'd never seen them live before and didn't know a whole lot of songs, but they were so entertaining. They were funny and really rocked the place. Everything was loud and the laser lights where really cool. I loved that they played pretty much all the songs I DID know. They even played "Always" which I was hoping for cuz it's one of my favorites along with "Do it for the kids." All the songs were awesome and they would talk in between after every song. Mark kept throwing picks at Tom while he was singing and playing. Then Tom came over and talked to him and was like "Who threw a pick and hit Tom's nose? Seriously I can wait here all night. I have to go to Des Moines, Iowa tomorrow, do you really think I want to go to Des Moines, Iowa? No, I've got all night." One of my other favorite parts was when they were playing a song (I don't remember which one) and Tom started waving his arms back and forth getting the whole crowd to do it with him, and suddenly Mark was like "No no, clap, don't wave, clap!" and he started clapping and everyone started following Mark instead and he was like "Ha ha they clapped for me and didn't wave" The whole show was awesome. Then Mark said "we've got one more song then we're done." but he winked when he said and they dropped a curtain after the song. Everyone waited around and suddenly they raised the curtain, and out came Travis at a drum set attached to this huge metal thing, I don't even know what to call it, but it moved out over the audience and was really high up and kept moving around and it was just awesome. Then he came back and they performed one song, and then "Family Reunion" and tons of confetti shot up into the air, and that's what made my night. I've always wanted to go to a concert with confetti and then it happened! It was amazing and I got some great pictures. :)
