9/11

On 9/11 the most tragic thing happened. No matter where you were it hurt you in some way. People lost mothers,daughters,sisters,brothers,sons,and fathers. They lost family. Gerard watched the towers fall. He was impacted. He saw the people falling. This day was tragic. 'Steel corpses stretch out towards an ending sun scourched and black It reaches in and tears your flesh apart as ice cold hands rip into your heart' is the best line in this song. To me it means we saw the towers get hit (Steel corpses) and it hurt us (It reaches in and tears your flesh apart as ice cold hands rip into your heart) These lines tell more of this story than anything to me. Remember The Fallen. Wether its for a war or from tragity. All these people that were lost on 9/11 were brave. Some were saved. Some lived, but their friends/coworkers died. We all were impacted. Dont let this be forgotten. I am wearing black today. The fallen ARE remembered. I love you killjoys.
