I need advice

Okay, well any of you people who have ever done or started GCSEs at school. Did you get expected target grades? Like what the school expects you to get?
I so far have only had expected grades of A and A* and I'm getting really scared and panicked about it.
I have low self confidence at the best of times and the fact that people expect so much of me is stressing me out. Do any of you have any advice for coping and not worrying about this?
