Self obssessed

Not in a good place. I know I should go to the doctors about depression but I can't get the motivation or confidence. I almost did once, then I chickened out. But because I know I won't commit suicide, the doctor's is not high on my priority list.
"Self obsessed" because I feel like I go on about myself to my friend and never ask about him. But then I don't talk about me to other friends. I don't know.
