New "Band Member Comment" feature

Hello everyone. Some of you may have noticed that nifty little block on the side of the Community page that just popped up called "Comments From the Band"

It pulls in all of the comments that the band members make on your blogs, so you can see when they respond to you. Their comments also show up differently now, so that they stand out in the comment threads. To read the entire thread that the band member commented on, click the subject line.

Have fun!

First piece of music you ever bought?

Every music fan remembers the first piece of music they ever bought with their own money, so I'm curious, what was the first piece of music you ever bought with your own money? What format was it (digital, cd, vinyl, dvd, tape, usb, etc.)? Was it an album, a compilation, a single, or what? How old were you? That's a lot of questions...

MCR.com Life Tips.

I saw that everything has been resolved, but I just wanted to get somethings out as a moderator (mostly because I've been busy finishing up school and working, so I haven't had a chance to glance at blogs) but I am seeing a lot of hostility for no goddamn reason.

I know a lot of you are young. (You're young to me if you're 18 or younger.. I'm 22 aka adult.) And I know that teenagers have a lot of drama, been there done that, but internet drama is sooooooo 2000. Here are my tips at making your stay at MyChemicalRomance.com more enjoyable.

1) When reading a blog you greatly disagree with to the point of hate, ignore it. Odds are its probably something that shouldn't be posted anyway and we, the crack team of mods, will take care of it.

2) If someone replies to something you have posted in a hostile way, ignore it, and send one of us moderators a message. That's what we are here for.

What's your first MCR memory?

What is your first MCR memory? Did you see them live, or did you hear their music somewhere? Curious how everyone found the band and what it meant to them.
