Someone in my class, I will not name them, I wont play the name & shame game. Has 'cut their wrist' well, that's what she says anyway. So I come into school this morning, laughing and messing around like theirs no tomorrow, then I hear "She's an emo!!" and "Look at her wrist!" I of course, stop and look, she was showing everyone this kind of scar on the back of her wrist and saying "I cut myself." the thing is, it was all scabbed over, like when you fall and graze your knee caps. I asked her why, to this she replied "I don't know!" I looked over to 3 of my friends and frowned, we were all wondering, it wasn't just me that noticed how weird she was acting. Like we all knew that no one without problems in the head go around telling all 31 students in our class that they cut their wrist with a kitchen knife. We discussed it and decided that it was an accident, it was far too wibbly to be a straight cut from a knife and it had scabbed too easily for a knife wound too, but still we worried about her, if we have judged it wrong, what will happen next?
Do you think we have misjudged it or not? Please, she is only 12 and if I have, it would really help if I knew.
