Vampires Will Never Hurt You Part 20

I washed the blood off my hands, the cut healed almost instantly. What was I doing refusing to drink human blood? I was a vampire, thats what vampires do. I couldn't leave myself die, I'd just gotten Gerard back and I couldn't loose him again. I knew what I was going to do. It was still bright outside but Frank said that sunlight doesn't kill vampires instantly and I wouldn't be gone for that long. I knew what to do: go into the forest, knock someone out, bite them and come back. It sounded easy. I thought about waking up Gerard and asking him to go with me, after all that was what he wanted me to do.
I walked over to his room, the door was half open. I looked in he was asleep, he looked so sweet when he was asleep. After that I wasn't sure about waking him up, this was the first time that he wasn't up talking to the guys about everything that was wrong. I decided to leave it up to fate because I was always weird like that. I went in and stood beside the bed, if he woke up I'd ask him to go but if he didn't I'd leave him sleep. I bend down and gently pushed his soft hair out of his eyes and kissed him lightly on his forehead, he mumbled something quietly but didn't wake up. I thought it was better to leave his sleep anyway, no one likes to be woken up early.
I went outside and closed the door quietly, I didn't want to wake up the rest of the guys either. The sunlight stung my eyes, I hadn't been out in it since I'd changed. I felt pretty uncomfortable I was starting to wish I had sunglasses. My skin felt slightly sun burned, it had only been a few minutes. I hoped I wouldn't be out for too long. I though about going back and waiting till it got dark but the thist was killing me.
I wondered around the forest for awhile, I was so glad the trees covered me. If I didn't find anyone soon I'd have to go back and I doubted I could sleep when my throat felt like it was on fire. I heard talking, I stopped. I looked around and then tried to follow the voices. I'd have to get one of them alone. I saw a glimse of a black jacket, I stoot behind a tree and looked over. Unfortunatly the bushes were in the way so I couldn't see properly. I heard footsteps behind me, I spun around but no one was there. I turned back around and tried to see the people again but they were gone.
Suddenly something grabbed me from behind. I screamed and tried to break away. I didn't have enough energy to fight properly so I couldn't get away. I continued to struggle, who ever it was didn't want to let me go. They stuck I needle into my neck, I gasped and went stiff. I blacked out.
