Everything around me was black, there was nothing but darkness, then out of nowhere I saw the faces of my crew, then blackness again, then back to their faces. It took me awhile to realize that it was blinking that caused the darkness. I looked around the room, they were all in the living room of our base and I was leaning in the corner of the room with everyone watching me. I studied their faces, a mix of confusion and shock.
“So you're really Acidic Venom’s twin sister?” Raven asked.
“Yup, Midnight Madness.” I replied, my mouth moving without my consent.
“How come she didn’t even tell me?” Bomb asked.
“I’m a secret.”
“Not so much anymore.” Torture commented.
“It’s weird how you look exactly the same, like there’s absolutely no differences between you two.” V commented.
“Actually there is, Venom has a small scar on her upper left nose by her eye and I don’t.”
“Cause that’s so much difference.” Bomb said sarcastically.
“It is when that’s how your parent’s tell you apart.”
“As Venom would say, touche.” Bomb noted.
“Even your sense of style is very similar.” Flash stated.
“We’re probably the closest two twins ever, we grew up spending every moment together and then I ran away but Venom always knew my location.”
“How’s that?” V asked.
“She doesn’t do it often but she has the capability to see thru my eyes, she can even control me at times. Mostly it happens when she’s asleep because she can’t control it while she sleeps, but she’s done it when she’s awake too.”
“Cool.” Flash commented.
“Very, she was the dominate of the two of us. She’s a very special person.”
“How so?” Torture asked.
“She’s connected with soul’s. She can essentially see thru any of you guy’s eyes, she connects with spirits, even those ta are dead.”
“Is that why she doesn’t sleep?” Bomb asked.
“Possibly, but even before her gift she wasn’t much of a sleeper.”
“Does her ‘gift’ have any side effects?” Raven asked.
“Like what?”
“Like, hallucinations?” He asked.
“Hmmm, maybe.” Raven glanced at Bomb with a concerned face. “Has she been having hallucinations?”
“More or less.” Raven said.
“It’s coming, no wonder she wanted me.”
“What’s coming?”
My body started to open my mouth to talk but it was forced shut again.
Suddenly I had control of the bod as if it was mine rather than sitting there watching as if it were a TV screen.
“Nothing you need to worry about.”
“Why are you all of a sudden so unwilling to give us information?” Raven demanded.
“Because if I wanted you to know what was going on I would have told you before I left.” I forcibly said.
Everyone stared at me in confusion. Suddenly it dawned on Raven.
“You're not Midnight Madness are you?”
“Nope, I’m Acidic Venom.”
“What!?” Flash asked, confused.
“As Midnight just explained, I have a gift. I’m currently asleep in a BLI/nd HQ prison cell.”
“And you took control of MIdnight’s body?” Bomb asked, amazed.
“Yup, I was here for the whole conversation well most of it anyway, but I hadn’t needed to interrupt until now.”
“Why did you have to interrupt?” Flash asked.
“Because she refuses to let us know what’s going on with her.” Bomb answered for me.
“Precisely.”
“Shouldn’t you being going?” Bomb asked.
“Nope, I can still hear and do everything that’s still going on where my body is too, even when my soul is elsewhere.”
“How often have you done this around me without my knowing?”
“Quite a few times, I’ve even done it on you without your knowledge.”
“What!? when!?”
I shrugged. “You have some fucked up thoughts sometimes.”
“But you can’ enter my mind to see what I want you to draw for me?”
“Nope, I didn’t want to give my powers away to anyone, Midnight was the only one to know, and doing that for you would have ruined my secret.”
“You suck.”
“It happens.”
I jolted awake and back to my own body when there was a sudden lack of screaming. My eyes darted across my cell, taking in everything. I found no changes but was startled when a door slammed shut across the hall, presumably the girl that was previously being tortured.
