The few Dracs that were in there were completely caught off guard, they began fumbling to get their rayguns out. I took this opportunity and let off three shots, not bothering to shoot the other four as they were already falling. I was quite shocked, that was the first time I’d ever had someone outshoot me, I was always the one letting out the most shots with the most accuracy, and here Raven was letting off shots as well as me. It seems as though this was going to become a competition.
We walked down the hall the rest of the way and Raven began up the stairs as I walked to the other side to take those stairs. We checked every row, confirming that there was no one else in here, even looking in the little room with the projector.
We did the same for the next few rooms, though they didn’t actually contain any Dracs. We were coming up for our sixth room when we heard noises coming from the room, there must be Dracs in here, and several judging by the noise, it had been quiet once we had left the lobby and began down the movie theater hall.
We did the same as we had for the other rooms, I looked to Raven who nodded and kicked the door open.
This time it was different, there were probably about ten Dracs facing away from us, their attention given to whatever was happening at the front of the room. We made quick work of taking them down with ten clean shots from the two of us. We started forward and I peeked around the wall, about half the seats were filled and the Dracs hadn’t seemed to notice us yet. Then I looked to the front to see what they all had their attention on and gasped, grabbing all the attention from everyone in the room.
At that moment Waterfall Bomb, Gory Torture, and Bloody Fang stepped into the auditorium behind us. Waterfall had heard me gasp and walked up next to me to see what it was and let out her own gasp. The guys just kinda stood there for a moment before springing into action, the Dracs had gotten up and were reaching for their rayguns. I stood frozen to the spot.
